For ScribeDigital application - I've forgotten my PIN ID and/or password

Send an email to [lostlogin@scribedigital.com]. Either send it from the email account that you used to register, or include the email address in your message. We'll send you a reply as fast as we can, after fully authenticating that this is valid.

How do I get the best sound quality on my dictation?

Be aware of ambient noise. We quickly become "habituated" - unconscious of the rumble of traffic, the chatter and clatter of the restaurant, the distant annoy in the airport building. The mic in your telephone will pick a lot of it up, and that makes life hard for the typist working preparing your transcript. Try to find a quiet spot (where you'll be more relaxed anyway - and do a better dictation...)

What is the Scribe Digital Quality Standard?

Accuracy

We are committed to 98.5% accuracy. This figure is arrived at by counting errors of varying gravity over a given number of keystrokes. A perfect dictator who spends time in spelling unusual words and taking care in speed and ambient noise will help a lot in reaching 100%.

Delivery Time

Dictations received will normally be delivered within 12-24 hours with dictations received on Friday delivered on Monday morning local time in the UK or US. Special arrangements can be made for weekend delivery of the transcripts or for turnaround times from 4 hours upwards. Our Service Agreement with you will spell out the required turnaround times.

Transcript Format

We will prepare the transcripts in the format required.

My transcript has gone missing

Send us an email [LostPaper@scribedigital.com] and we'll find your paper. We will need to know when the dictation was sent and the file name if known.

How do I pay?

Hosted System Solutions at the moment will require payment to our US or UK accounts via bank transfer where applicable to the account shown on the invoice. We are at the moment preparing our web site to accept credit card payments. This facility will be available as soon as possible.
