Jeremy Tebbett: Chairman and CEO

British. Previously CFO of Zeneca and subsequently Sygenta operations in India and Indonesia. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biophysics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Jeremy has more than 20 years experience in business including periods as Managing Director of a company in the UK, consultancy work with Coopers & Lybrand and over 6 years experience of working in India.

Alex Romer-Lee: Deputy Chairman

British. Former PwC partner in London. Banking and Eastern Europe specialist, approved as non-executive by Financial Services Authority ('FSA'). Alex has a proven track record of building successful businesses in emerging markets, involving complex international situations. Alex has developed relationships with significant players at the highest levels, especially in Eastern Europe. Qualified in professional accounting, consulting and advisory work.

Cleatuss Fredrick H: Chief Operating Officer 

Indian. With over a decade of rich experience in IT industry. Having worked with IT majors in India and IT service companies, Freddy possess valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in establishing Network Operations, System Administration, IT Infrastructure planning and implementation. 

John Mattock: Director 

British. John's company, Right Brain Training Ltd, delivers management development solutions for blue chip companies in all sectors - primarily in Europe, but with increasingly global reach. His consultancy skills are deployed by enterprises that are dedicated to providing service high on the value chain. He has an excellent network of contacts. 

Jacob William: Vice President - Business Process Outsourcing 

Indian. An International Management Specialist possess over a decade of experience in marketing and IT operations. Having worked with several MNCs and Indian companies including large & medium IT enabled service companies, Jacob comes with the rare combination of operations and business development. He has spent considerable time in the US market place and has the unique exposure to front-end customer requirement and back office operations.

Mr.T.M.Samy

Indian. Mr.T.M.Samy (Samy) is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in KMCH Hospital, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He has done his MS Orthopaedics in Chennai, India and worked as Registrar in Orthopaedics in various hospitals in East Anglia, Yeovil and Barnsley. He is an active member of British Trauma Society, Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association, Indian Orthopaedic Association and Indo-German Orthopaedic Foundation. Mr.T.M. Samy (Samy) is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Glasgow) and FRCS (Trauma & Ortho) and is in the Business Advisory Board in our company. He brings to our business a fresh look at the way our medical transcriptionist’s work and enables our Quality Control department access to the latest views, opinions and medical practice operations.
