Procedure Notes and Operative Reports

Use Hosted System to write up your procedures and operations. We will use the dictation and the format or template selected by you.

Progress Reports

Take your dictaphone on rounds with you and send the file directly to Hosted System when you are back in your office. With a turnaround time to suit you, you will have never had your Progress Reports typed so quickly before.

SOAP Notes

We can write your SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan) notes for you. Simply dictate the content and we’ll send you the text.

Availability

Hosted System Solutions is a 24 hours a day operation. We run day and night shifts to fully utilise our infrastructure and finish the work. We are available to our customers day and night in any time zone.

We work throughout the year, the full 365 days. This means that whether you send us a dictation on a Monday in the working week or the day before Christmas, your transcript is prepared for you.

You can contact us through all normal methods, including phone, as we have local or national numbers that reach Freddy, our COO. This gives you a person to contact, wherever you are, who gives you access to the office where your work is happening. These numbers are at the footer of each page.

You can also have access to select members of the QA and QC team (see pyramid). This gives you the chance to liaise directly with the team and address any common errors or simply pass on feedback.

Accuracy

That last point above, feedback, is where Hosted System thrives. Any new client has his or her own voice patterns, common phrases and slang, tones and punctuation idiosyncrasies. We, through our File Tracking Software, keep the same team on your case throughout your relationship with Hosted System. This gives the team the chance to understand you better. Your feedback is directed towards your personal team and they get a chance to increase the accuracy. The more feedback we get, through voice or email, the better your work.

The industry standard for transcription accuracy is 98.5%. Hosted System achieves this, but we strive for better. At the beginning of a relationship with a client, there will be errors, but...

Cost

Hosted System would like to take your fixed cost, like a secretary, and make it variable, so you pay per use.

We aim to save you at least 40% on your existing transcription costs.

The industry generally charges clients per line, around USD 0.18 per line, even if a line was:

“The Doctor agreed.”

Hosted System believes this is not a fair calculation, so we define a line as having 65 characters (as easy to find out as Tools --> Word Count.. in Microsoft Word). This clear approach is easy for both of us to calculate and check, and gives you the confidence that we are accountable for our billing.
