Our system uses only secure transfers and/or streaming over the Internet for

Delivery of Finished Information (e.g. transcription documents)

Storage on our server uses industry - standard access and encryption techniques to safeguard you, and your customers, data.

Our staff recognizes the fact that our company depends on their safe use of data that they may encounter. Throughout our company's existence, we have never had an instance of employee sabotage. Theft of data is grounds for immediate dismissal and we will inform others in the BPO industry.

We trust our employees. We also incorporate several purpose-built safeguards in place to protect your data.

Administrative Procedures, Physical Safeguards, Security Services and Security Mechanisms.

Hosted System, being a British-owned company, takes our relationship with the UK very seriously. Our procedures and security arrangements are arranged according to the Data Protection Act (1998), overseen by the Office of the Information Commissioner.
